How to use:

For skin: apply small amount of oil to the skin and massage.

For hair: massage desired amount of oil onto hair and scalp daily, do not rinse out.

As a pre-shampoo hot oil treatment: apply generous amount of oil onto hair and scalp, cover with plastic cap for 30-44 mintues, shampoo and style as usual..

As a hair conditioner, mix a few drop with your regular shampoo or conditioner.
